DESCRIPTION: A deeply calming and healing class that focuses on releasing tensions and stress from the body whilst bringing the body into a state of calm that allows the body to enter into a state of healing as the para-sympathetic nervous system is activated. This class is excellent for stress, burn-out, sleep disorders, digestive disorders and hormonal imbalances. Stretches are held for 3-5 minutes using props then we go into restorative poses before ending with Savasana guided relaxation.
