DESCRIPTION: Firstly:  we kick off at 6pm (ish) on Friday 9th Sept . Room allocation (single rooms or twin rooms if you would like to share and ensuite bathrooms in most rooms, there are a few rooms with the bathroom beside them so first come first served for the en-suites),  Dinner and welcome circle and we finish with a beautiful yoga Nidra before bed.

Saturday:  7am Sunrise Yoga and Meditation until 9am
Breakfast at 9.15am
Down time or visit to Fairy Fort
Lunch at 1pm - then at 3.30pm-5.30pm we have Yin Yoga & Oracle card readings

Dinner at 6.30pm
Sound healing meditation with Tibetan bowls and other vibrational instruments starts at 8pm and then a meditation with your chosen oracle card message in the meditation room

10.15pm - downtime & bed.

Sunday morning 7.30am-9.00am Yoga practice & breath work
9.15am Breakfast
Healing circle
Scones & Tea/coffee
Goodbyes
