Mixed level traditional Hatha yoga with flow

This is a beautiful class of pure relaxation- guided conscious sleeping (Nidra) and Soundbath with Tibetan bowls and other vibrational instruments.
We always have a beautiful evening of Nidra (conscious sleeping) and Sound-bathing (with Tibetan bowls, Crystal bowls & other vibrational instruments). It’s always an evening of peaceful bliss and stillness and it never ceases to amaze me how everyone becomes so deeply emersed in it all - I love it 🥰

Vibration (through the instruments nourishes every cell in the body and brings deep relaxation to the mind and body. Remember, the body keeps the score and if the mind is overwhelmed, the body will become overwhelmed too. It’s important to give yourselves self-care time and when life becomes busy and you don’t have time for yourself, make the time ! It’s 75 mins out of one Thursday evening a month (4th Thursday) and you will sleep soundly after (and maybe even during the experience if you’re tired).
