DESCRIPTION: An opportunity to reset and re-align your energy after the busy festive period. Time for you refill your cup of wellness. Setting you up for a grounded and calmer start to 2024.

. Each class will include movement in the form of yoga and mobility, interspersed with small amounts of strength work for overall wellbeing. Each session will end with a long relaxation/yoga nidra ♥️
