DESCRIPTION: Looking for a beginner friendly yoga class? Here’s your chance! This class will be focused on basics of yoga, with lots of cueing. I would be honored to help you build your own personal practice and feel comfortable in other more “advanced” or standard classes to be able to show up with confidence. 

This is a safe space where it is okay to wobble, fall over, or not do every posture “perfectly.” This is also a space to learn that yoga is more than just the postures and movement we are doing; it includes beginner breathwork and meditation. 

These classes are gentle, props and modifications are absolutely encouraged in any and all of my classes!
