DESCRIPTION: In person Hatha Yoga
This class is structured around a 6-week sequence.  We run the same set of poses / sequence over a 6-week period, deepening the poses as we journey through the 6 weeks.  The focus of the classes will be body, breath and mind helping you build and develop a foundation practice. 

The class is suitable for a beginner upwards as options will be given to allow more seasoned yogis to feel included in the practice.  You can also join at any time during the  6 week flow sequence.

This is a paid for class.  You pay per class (PAYG) or buy 6 classes up front saving £10 on 6 x PAYG price.  You can then draw down on each class when you wish.  You are not committing to 6 classes as a block.
