A few months ago Viki Love Yoga and I did the 108 in The Glen. We are holding this again but indoors to celebrate the Autumn Equinox.

We would love you to join us. There is a but tho!
It's a couple of hours to do and if you are carrying any injuries I suggest it's not for you. If you are a total starter to yoga then it's probably not for you either. Contact me before booking if you are unsure.

You don't have to complete all 108 and we have options to keep you safe.
We break it up into doable chunks of 26 (or less) to make it a little easier.
And we don't go at 100mph. It's not a race!
