DESCRIPTION: A few months ago Viki Love and I did the 108 and thought it would be a great idea to go again and invite peeps along. So we are doing 108 Sun Salutation A's, Surya Namaskar A, to celebrate the Summer Solstice.

We would love you to join us. There is a but tho!
It's a couple of hours to do and if you are carrying any injuries I suggest it's not for you. Also, you don't have to complete all 108.

We break it up into doable chunks of 26 to make it a little easier.
And we don't go at 100mph. It's not a race!

We are hoping the weather gods favour us and so we are doing this in Pittencrieff Park (known locally as "The Glen")

Watch your email on Wed night / Thur morning.
I’ll be sending out a pic with the location in the Glen to meet up at 6.30pm.
