Description
This workout includes a 40-minute OUTDOOR walking routine that includes activation drills to awaken our muscles, power walking intervals to encourage speed and endurance and a cool down easy walk. We finish with 15 minutes of body weight strength & mobility exercises and 5 minutes of light stretching and calming breathwork.
We meet at the Pavilion at the Rail Trail entrance off New Paltz Rd, Highland. We walk rain or shine so dress for the elements.
