Description
This OUTDOOR workout begins with 10 minute warm up including light activation drills to awaken our muscles then continue walking for another 45 minutes with light & easy intervals then a 5 minute cool down walk including calming breathwork. Meets at the Rail Trail Entrance off New Paltz Rd, Highland. Meet at the Pavilion.
We walk rain or shine so dress for the elements.
