Description
This class is open to everyone from the beginner student who wants to learn the fundamentals or for the student recovering from injury or surgery or for those who have movement restrictions and/or difficulties sitting on the floor. The class consists of a balanced mix of active seated and standing movements using a chair for support and balance if necessary. This is a great class to begin your yoga journey! Supplies: a good sturdy chair placed on a non-slip surface.
