Come strength train with me! In this class we warm up with a little yoga, we lift dumbbells and work with resistance bands, we cool down with yoga stretches and a little calming breathwork. If you are new to working out, strength training or using dumbbells and resistance bands NO WORRIES! You can do this class using just your own body weight.
This class is PERFECT FOR RUNNERS or just about anyone who wants to get strong and stable in their body!
