Description
A full body strength training workout including both compound and isolated exercises using dumbbells and resistance bands. Great for both beginners and experienced lifters. Expect to squat, lunge, push & pull with a sprinkling of yoga during warm up & cool down.
Equipment requirements: a minimum of 2 dumbbells of equal weight and a light to medium resistance band. You are welcome to add a variety of weights.
