Description
This class is about to really understanding the root of the arm at the scapula.
The scapula is the bone which sit on the rib cage and part of the shoulder complex. We need to pay attention where the scapula is in neutral position, specially in weight baring. It is also important to understand that when we moving the arm and the entire shoulder complex & the scapula also moving with it. There are 16 muscles attached to the scapula.
We will practice to strengthening shoulder complex and scapulohumeral muscles
