DESCRIPTION: Welcome in the New Year with me. After the chaos of the festive season its time to bring some relaxation back. Join me for some much needed yin. Our yin class will be focus on release with the poses targeting the hips (an area where we often hold on to a lot of emotions). We will bring our awareness to our goals for the year as we notice what we would like to let go of and what we would like to invite in. After the yin we will take a moment to journal and set our intentions for the year ahead. Of course there will be time for tea.
