DESCRIPTION: During this session we will be de mystifying sound in a yoga session. It will include some gentle flowing movement, specific pranayama to awaken the inner vibration to explore creating sound and sacred chants. 

This will be a deeply nourishing and soothing class and will include our favourite savasana at the end. 

No previous experience required.
