DESCRIPTION: This is an add on if you would like to join for a Sauna after the 9am yoga class. 
Morning will go: 
9am Yoga
10am Coffee and snack at the studio 
10:30 Short walk to sauna 
11am Sauna 
12pm Short walk back to studio. 

Please bring swimming costume, towel, flip flops and water bottle for the sauna. There is a short walk to the sauna along the canal path so wear shoes suitable for walking. 

Only 7 spaces. Please also book on for the 9am yoga class separately.
