Meditation class is thirty minutes long. The instructor will guide you to loosen, position, and align yourself to sit comfortably and sustainably. You will then be led through a ten-minute meditation, followed by stretching, re-alignment, and another ten to fifteen minute sit. The meditations focus on breath awareness, breath control, compassion, and subtle energetics.
