Explore with more depth what yoga has to offer the physical body while creating the ability to relax and find space from emotions, thoughts and circumstances
All practices will move through pranayama (breath work), asana (postures) and dhyana (meditation). Expect a mix of longer held poses (Hatha) and a gentle flow practice (Vinyasa), with lots of guidance and options
