DESCRIPTION: A mat pilates class focusing on building strength and endurance through dynamic movement - lower impact options will be given. Increase your heart rate, improve cardiovascular health and energy levels!

You will build functional strength, increasing energy and endurance for everything life throws at you: from playing with the kids/grandkids to competing in club sports on the weekend! 

Guided breath work and body awareness will be a part of your practice too, so that the mind and body can work together in unison. 

This is an open level class with no previous pilates or mobility training required.
