DESCRIPTION: An hour long Pilates class to break up your day (great for those of us who may work from home!) focus will be on building strength and increasing mobility - weights and resistance bands provided, please BYO mat

**If you cannot stay for the full hour, you may leave after 45 minutes - the cool down will be 5 minutes long with an optional extended stretch for the last 15 minutes**

Why exercise in the middle of the day?

✳️ Research suggests that we should be doing at least “40 minutes of moderate to vigorous intensity exercise to balance out 10 hours of sitting still” but many of us don’t have time, with busy schedules before and after work!

✳️ Help combat the “midday slump” 😴 Our normal circadian cycle can bring on sleepiness or decreased alertness in the afternoon.. which doesn’t help productivity especially if you’re meant to be working until the late afternoon! Exercise (among other things) can most definitely raise those energy levels to get you through the rest of your day 💪🏽
