A mat pilates class focusing on exercises that increase your range-of-motion, strengthening the muscles surrounding each joint so you can move with more ease and control. Mobile joints mean less stiffness and pain/discomfort - who doesn’t want that?? 

You will build functional strength, increasing energy and endurance for everything life throws at you: from playing with the kids/grandkids to competing in club sports on the weekend! 

Guided breath work and body awareness will be a part of your practice too, so that the mind and body can work together in unison. 

This is an open level class with no previous pilates or mobility training required.
