DESCRIPTION: As Summer comes to a close we feel our world come into a more quiet and still place, many of our friends in the animal kingdom will start to use the winter months to replenish and restore.

Our modern lifestyles and pressures don't always give us the same opportunity for rest, so lets spend the start of Autumn together with a deeply relaxing 90 minute practice.
