DESCRIPTION: You are invited to our monthly Ignite & Grow Yoga brunch event, at the Furnace in Sheffield City Centre. 

Elisha will teach a relaxing Yoga class, which will be completely suitable for beginners. The theme of the classes will be 'unwinding', and the idea is to unwind from our busy lives and take some time to relax and restore. 

After the Yoga class you will head upstairs to the restaurant where you will indulge in a brunch board (soft drink included and option to make the brunch bottomless). 

We would prefer if you brought your own mat  but we can provide mats on request, so please let us know if you want to borrow one.

This event includes: 
- A one hour ten minute relaxing Yoga class, suitable for beginners. 
- A brunch board with options of your choice.
- One soft drink per person. 

You can join alone or in a group.
