DESCRIPTION: This one is for the gals! Join Grow Yoga & Yin sounds for a luxurious, restful restorative practice on valentines evening. 

My hope for the evening is to hold space for women to rest, relax & enjoy. You have the option to stay behind for tea when the session is over, you will all be treated to a gift to take home. 

Joining us will be Lorna from Yin Sounds. Lorna will host a sound bath after the restorative Yoga class to create an immersive sensory experience, in a sound bath vibrations of live instruments fill your senses in order to help you drift into a peaceful place. 

Tea & chocolate will be served after class, just be sure to speak to Elisha before the class if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.
