Restorative Yoga is all about ease and comfort, Elisha will guide you through 1 hour 30 minutes of practice and during your time in the cosy postures, Kate will make her way round the room offering massage for the head, shoulders & feet. 

About Elisha:

Elisha is a Yoga teacher and trainee Yoga therapist, she has a keen interest in anxiety & stress and is passionate about supporting women into rest & social connection. 

About Kate:
Kate is a holistic healer and therapist that is passionate about uniting the body and mind. She has studied mental health, trauma, ancestral trauma, sacred womb medicine & massage, and integrative bodywork. She's passionate about holding space for all people to fully heal and reveal their highest, beautiful self.
