DESCRIPTION: Welcome to Shakira's monthly full moon circle. These sessions will be focused on a restorative Yoga practice, replenishment and community building. Restorative Yoga is still, comfortable and slow. With the use of props, you will be supported into easeful Yoga poses. This class uses meditative elements and sound. After class there will be an opportunity to sit in circle with the other members of the group to share tea and conversation. Small numbers to ensure you all receive care and attention.
