DESCRIPTION: Join Grow Yoga and Sheffield Buddhist Centre as they collaborate in a workshop style class to help you to explore the theme of 'opening the heart' through Buddhism. 
Elisha (Grow Yoga) will guide you through a simple Yogic relaxation practice, Pretti (Sheffield Buddhist Centre) will deliver a workshop centred around some key teachings within Buddhism including

1. compassion
2. acceptance
3. suffering
4. gratitude

If you have been wanting to dip into the world of Buddhism, this event is a great introduction. 

There is a £5 booking fee, Buddhism works on the principle of generosity so after the event should you wish to donate more (all profits will go to Sheffield Buddhist Centre for the upkeep of their work), you can pay as you feel.
