DESCRIPTION: Welcome to Grow Yogas women’s circle community. Each circle takes a different theme, allowing for exploration through movement, sound, conversation & community. 

The theme of this circle is embodiment. In our culture, it is common for us to experience disconnect from our bodies.

 This can be influenced by factors such as: 

* Body / beauty standards 
* Ignoring messages from our internal world to keep up with the pace of society
* living in a culture of spiritual disconnect. 

Our bodies are wise and intelligent vessels which allow us to express, connect with humanity & experience our home on planet earth. 

This two hour circle will work to move us into a deeper exploration of our human body and its intuitive messages. 

The circle will hold: 
* embodied movement
* sense exploration
* sound bath 
* sharing circle

The circle is for anybody who identifies as a woman, you do not need any experience of Yoga or spiritual practice to join.
