Each dream circle will call in the potent energy of the full moon to guide our practice, and be a  ritual in itself 

We will start prompt at 10am so arrive early to get comfy and join me for a little shakedown to prepare for our time together 

I am hands on in these sessions arranging the props to offer you the support you need to really settle into each pose 

Restorative yoga is about going slow and experiencing stillness, there will be periods of silence for you to enjoy and journey into. This space is curated for the different types of rest the body needs 

As the body relaxes it can cool down so please wear something warm & comfortable, think long sleeves and cosy socks 

We will close each gathering with a sharing circle, an opportunity to integrate anything you find in the dream space and to connect as a collective
