In September we step into the realm of EMOTION 💧🌷

Day to day life can often cause us to neglect our emotional self, leaving us disconnected from our feelings, our heart and our own intuition. 

This women’s circle is themed around emotional freedom and the healing element of water. 

We’ll hold the space for us to explore our own expression and vulnerability. 

Following the pisces full moon, we’ll use movement, sound, meditation and journalling practices to explore: 

*Moving truthfully in your body 
*Listening to your intuition & inner world
*Cultivating trust in yourself
