DESCRIPTION: The goal is to create a small community group of people who are committed to practicing yoga regularly, in the same group to build community.

Each four week period will hold a different theme, we will build skills related to the theme each week. 

The purpose of the closed group is to build trust, friendship & allow the groups interests to be explored. As community & practice builds we can delve deeper than in a general class.

The theme for the first phase is grounding. 

You will pay upfront for a four week period (£54), however if you can’t attend a class I won’t be able to refund. This is because the circle is closed, so I cannot resell your space to a member of the public as normal.

Please note, we will have a week off on 28/01/2024 as I am on training! Our final session of the first phase will be 04/02/2024.
