DESCRIPTION: Combining women’s circle with yoga that honours the natural rhythms and cycles in your inner and outer world. This group is a co-creation between Elisha and Mary. 

Logistics

Week one: Women’s circle ritual. This session sets the monthly theme, it could include movement, meditation, opportunities for reflection / sharing. (Led by Elisha). The theme for January is your relationship with slowing down.



Weeks two, three & four: Seasonal / cyclical Yoga practices based around the theme (Led by Mary). 



Week five: break.

This format repeats through the year.
