DESCRIPTION: A closed group for a group of women to deepen their yoga practice in a consistent community. 

Each month we will delve into a new concept, this closed group will explore the ‘Panca Kosa’ model (the five dimensions of the human) which is helpful for managing health and awareness of self on all levels. 

The fee for 4 weeks is £64. If you cannot attend a class we unfortunately cannot refund you, this is because we cannot fill your space with a drop in, as per the nature of the closed group.
