Lorna will use a variety of instruments, to create a soothing and meditative space, perfect for your Thursday evening. 

Practicing rest regularly is useful for immunity, digestion, menstruation, menopause & the reproductive system. 

Rest also benefits social bonding, resilience and energy levels. 

These classes are not suitable for people during pregnancy, people with metal plates or people with a pacemaker.
