DESCRIPTION: A yoga class for pregnant people incorporating movement and rest to support your ever changing body and mind through your pregnancy. Anyone is welcome from day one of your pregnancy until birth. This class incorporates movement that supports the pelvic floor and core and offers release for constricted areas; it also incorporates breathwork to support you through pregnancy, birth and beyond. Each class finishes with a long period of fully supported rest through the use of props or yoga nidra.
