DESCRIPTION: A miniature (four hour) retreat, for women-folk to embody the seasonal transition from winter to spring, in a small and friendly group. 

In our Gregorian calendar year, the new year is in the depths of the cold season. If we look into nature, we see newness springing to life right now, making it a great time for intentions and new beginnings to bloom. 

This retreat will be rooted in yogic practices & feminine embodiment. It will include rest, intention setting, movement, womens circle and good seasonal vibes.
