DESCRIPTION: Welcome to the monthly full moon closed group, where our practice is devoted to honouring the cycles of nature, connecting with our bodies & being in community with other women. 

This will always be a longer session, 90 minutes to two hours. This gives us plenty of time to catch up with the group and enjoy a spacious practice. 

The Yoga practices are designed to be supportive and nourishing for women, to help the reconnection with the body & the natural cycles of the Earth.
