DESCRIPTION: Welcome to our full moon circle, a monthly opportunity to come into connection with yourself, the universe and a group of women. The practices that we use are inspired by my experience as a Yoga Therapist, and my Yoni Shakti Well Woman (Yoga Therapy training). My most influential teachers are Uma Dinsmore-Tuli & Yoli Maya Yeh, who utilise post lineage teachings from the Mother Lineage. 

The session will be a collection of movement, energy work, meditation, reflection and conversation. Practices will be chosen to suit the theme of the session, and will always be suitable for beginners or experienced practitioners. I find simplicity is the key to drop in style classes and circles.
