DESCRIPTION: Welcome to the monthly full moon closed group, where our practice is devoted to honouring the cycles of nature, connecting with our bodies & being in community with other women. I receive guidance from Pippa Kate astrology to plan these circles and we work with Vedic and Sidereal astrology.

The practices for this full moon will include simple movement, sound, yoga nidra, journalling and oracle cards. 

This will always be a longer session, 90 minutes to two hours. This gives us plenty of time to catch up with the group and enjoy a spacious practice.
