DESCRIPTION: These one-off sessions are a simple space to slow down.

We’ll begin with gentle yoga to help the body land after the day, before moving towards stillness and a period of rest supported by Himalayan sound bowls.

The intention isn’t to do anything complicated - just to give the nervous system a chance to settle and the body time to restore itself.

As always at Grow, the group will be small and the atmosphere relaxed.
