The class will start with a fiery Jivamukti Inspired sequence that will lead you through various poses and modifications including warriors, one legged balances, optional arm balances and much more. The sequence will challenge the mind, body and spirit :)

The second part of the class will wind you down using a Yin sequence. Be ready to feel reset and rebalanced at the end of the Sunday Service.
