Our yogi and friend Des is abseiling across Croke Park to raise money for a cause that is very close to his heart. Des is a breast cancer survivor and is raising money for The Beaumont Hospital €1 million breast clinic appeal. You can read more about Des's story here...https://bit.ly/2UPYiFH. 

Our class on the evening of the 26th of February will be a drop in class dedicated to Des, with all proceeds going to his fundraising efforts.
