Join Ale, Hannah and Najia for a very special day retreat jam-packed full of yoga and wellbeing goodness.
You will be guided through a beautifully crafted day of mindfulness, creativity, yoga and sound bathing. Throughout the day there will be an opportunity to fuel the body, with some delicious and nutritious goodies.
This retreat has been lovingly crafted by professional yoga teachers Ale Manning (Yoga Squirrel), Hannah Nicholas (Hannah Hatha Yoga) and Najia Bagi (Yoga with Najia). All three teachers bring something unique and special, united by their passion and heart centred approach to teaching.


11:00-11:30 | Opening Circle | A chance to meet other participants, connect and ground into our intentions for the day ahead
11:30-12:30 | Energising Yoga Flow | Through creative and fluid sequencing, you will move through a series of postures to connect and listen in to the wisdom of your body.
12:30-13:15 | Slow Walk | Connect with the beautiful nature of Port Meadow as you are guided on this mindful walk. Slow walking is a Deep Listening practice, and encourages us to connect to our senses and surrender into our natural environment.
13:15-14:00 | Lunch break. There will be delicious and nutritious snacks available throughout the day. If you would like something more substantial we encourage you to visit one of the local cafes in Jericho
14:00-14:30 | Listening to Connect | A short but powerful exercise that involves listening – and being listened to – from a deeply receptive, generous and supportive place
14:30-15:30 | Sound Bath | Allow the sound waves of the symphonic gong, Tibetan singing bowls and an array of other instruments 'wash' over you as you relax and enjoy the melodic journey. The harmonics will effortlessly lull your mind into a meditative state, while the vibrations revitalize your body and help to release tension. You’ll come away feeling deeply relaxed and cared for. Side effects may include: best nights sleep ever!
15:30-16:00 | Closing Circle | A chance to share any final thoughts and feelings from the day, say goodbye - it will be hard we know!
