A flowing mindful practise, building strength at a steady pace.
Classes limited to 8 for now. Please bring own mat and props, and arrive wearing masks until settled on mat. I do have mats/ props I can loan out.

A 90 Minute class out on the Paddleboards at Cotswold Water Park Hire.

60 minutes of yoga asana flow followed by hopefully 30 mins of free play. I encourage playfulness, laughter, groundedness, courage, camaraderie, finding that fluidity and less rigidity.

Please only book if you can swim confidently. Children over 8 can be booked on providing a responsible adult is booked on the class too.

Buoyancy aids must be worn by all while paddling and may be removed once board is attached to then anchor ropes in yoga corner.

Photos will be taken during the class to share and possibly placed on social media. Please let the teacher know if you'd rather not have photos taken.
