Hello and welcome to the Happy Body Training!

The aim of this training is to teach you to shift attention from mind to body and to gain energy while moving without effort and in a non-repetitive way.
We do breathing and mindfulness exercises and enjoy the great Technique of the Grinberg Method sMove!.
By stopping the movements, you will gain relaxation, silence, flexibility, and balance.
sMove! follows those four principles:
N. 1: every movement stops to the rhythm of the music.
N. 2: each movement starts new.
N. 3: each movement starts from the body, not from the mind
N. 4: make sure you breathe while moving.

For each song, I will give you a set of limitations in the size, speed, and shape of the movement.
The training will take place via Zoom.
