Yin yoga is a deep stretching class. The stretches can be held for 3 - 5 minutes in a suported position. It helps to increase flexibility and improve joint mobility. It is also very meditative.
It is suitable for any level of experience from pure beginners to regular students and also for people recovering from injuries or have limited movement.
