At Haven Yoga, we offer a meditation course that includes 6 meditation classes spread over 6 weeks. Each session has a specific focus that improves the wellness of your mind, body and spirit. At an hour-long the weekly classes allow for one-on-one coaching and are designed for people of all abilities. The group sessions allow a community to form as the spiritual support from others develops connections from a shared space of peace.

Gentle flow, matching breath to movement in a mindful practice to start the day. All levels, beginners welcome.

First Full Moon event of the year.

Welcome to the Wolf Full Moon. January's full moon is named after the howling of hungry wolves lamenting the scarcity of food in midwinter in the Northern Hemisphere. Other names for this month's full moon include old moon and ice moon.

During every full moon, it’s a chance to move on from the past, forgive anyone you need to and plan to create something new as we move into the new moon phase. This Full Moon in Cancer has an especially healing element to it, thanks to the alignment of the planet of the mind - Mercury, and the healing planetoid Chiron.

In this class experience a kundalini inspired warm-up of the spine preparing the body for meditation and relaxation. Followed by a guided meditation and beautiful relaxation session to the sound of the crystal bowls.

This evening will be beautiful.
