DESCRIPTION: All matter is energy vibrating at different rates and by altering the rate of
vibration we can change the structure of matter.
Theta brain wave frequencies induce deep meditative and peaceful states,
clarity of mind, and greater intuition. This is exactly what happens when the brain listens to singing bowls for a period of time.
This is called Entrainment. It is Synchronising our fluctuating brainwaves
by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to.
We can use crystal singing bowls tomshift our normal
(awake) beta state to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even theta
(meditative state) and from there, delta (sleep; where internal healing can
occur).
