DESCRIPTION: Our energy system speaks to us. If we learn to listen to our bodies and take the most appropriate action, we can achieve our optimum health. Balancing our energies, tuning into the chakra system and spending some time on restorative healing, assists the body in healing itself and is key to our overall health and wellbeing.

I am passionate about teaching people how to use their intuition and tune into their bodies. My private energy healing sessions draw on a number of modalities, Reiki, Pressure point work, Sound Healing (Gong, Crystal and Tibetan Bowls), Meditation training and Breathwork.

Private sessions are available on Fridays and are $85 for a 30-minute session or $150 for an hour-long session.
